Jay Didlick - Managing Director / Founder

Having been in the recruitment industry since 2007, homing and developing his skills and going up through the ranks at some of the largest organisations within the industry, Jay founder Manyhands Solutions Ltd in 2022. His long term dream to create a leading brand within the recruitment industry was born and has seen Manyhands Solutions grow into a trusted and reliable agency provider. 

Jay's hands on approach coupled with his passion and drive, has pushed the company’s key values forward and helped Manyhands build strong relationships with clients and workers alike. In his spare time Jay loves anything outdoors from running and hiking to paddle boarding whilst also socialising and spending time with his family.
